$50 2005 SQL ?

Does anyone know if (or when) there will be an "SQL Server 2005 Developer
CD" available for purchase for about $50. (Like the 2000 version.)

|||At a Microsoft conference I went to, it was revealed that SQL Server Express
will be free, even though the other Express items that are in beta will cost
money. I understood that SQL Server Express will be equivalent to MSDE, but
will have a GUI similar to what we're used to with SQL Server.
